Camp Loma de Vida is committed to the highest safety standards for every guest and staff member that comes to camp. As always here at CLDV we have continued to follow our stringent hygienic practices along with some added sterilization and sanitation processes. For our upcoming camp season some new policies and procedures will be added to ensure the safety and well being of our campers and staff when it comes to the spread of viruses and infectious diseases. We are implementing the following protocols, in addition to our established safety procedures, to make our programs even safer for guests and staff:
Campers/Staff will need to be COVID-19 symptom free for at least 72 hours prior to coming to camp.
NEW or RECENT
Elevated Temperature
persistent cough
Shortness of breath
loss of taste or smell
Headache, congestion
Sore throat, runny nose
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance of the dining hall, chapel, Fun Zone game room, Camp Grounds Coffee Shop as well as cabins.
Campers/Staff showing any of the following symptoms upon arrival or during camp week will be asked to return home:
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
Sore throat, runny nose
Headache, congestion
loss of taste or smell
Shortness of breath
persistent cough
Elevated Temperature
Campers/Staff showing symptoms during week will be cared for by our CLDV Health Services in isolation while awaiting pick-up
